In a high speed world with constantly and immediately available information, print media has an fundamental potential: it embodies emotion and memory with lasting impact.

Books make my heart beat faster, in contrast to the activity itself: physical touch, craftsmanship and experimentation take time. I love to immerse in the process of designing, printing, and binding art books.

This work also inspires my work as a brander and digital designer, since I convert the insights of the physical into outstanding digital solutions.
